We highly recommend the famous BBQ Pork (Char-Siu) from Hong Kong! You should try our secret recipe Char Siu (Barbecue pork) on MONDAYS as that's when our in-house made special char siu comes fresh out of the oven.

 

 * Char Siu (BBQ Pork): A Cantonese dish of roasted pork, typically seasoned with honey, soy sauce, and other spices. It's known for its sweet and savory flavor, and typically called honey-glazed BBQ Pork. However, our char-siu uses premium pork and a unique roasting method, resulting in a crispy exterior and tender, juicy meat. The rich and layered texture sets it apart from other char siu.
